Postr publishes content to social media accounts on behalf of the person who connects them. This policy explains what it accesses, stores and shares.

What Postr accesses

When you connect an account, Postr receives an access token from that platform permitting it to publish on your behalf. Postr requests only the permissions it needs to publish:

• YouTube — permission to upload videos to your channel
• Instagram — your profile information and permission to publish content
• Threads — your profile information and permission to publish content
• Telegram — the messages you send to the bot

What Postr stores

• The posts you schedule: their text, the media you upload, and when they should publish
• Access tokens for the accounts you connect, encrypted at rest
• The result of each publish, including the resulting post’s link

Uploaded media is deleted after publishing completes. Postr does not read your existing posts, followers, messages or analytics beyond what is listed above.

YouTube

Postr uses YouTube API Services. By using Postr you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Postr’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.

What Postr shares

Nothing. Your content is sent only to the platforms you explicitly select, in order to publish it. Postr does not sell, share or transfer your data to anyone else, and does not use it for advertising or to train machine learning models.

Deleting your data

Disconnect an account to revoke its token. To delete everything Postr holds about you, email the address below and it will be removed. Revoking access at the platform also immediately prevents Postr from publishing on your behalf.
